ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Specialisterne Ireland is a specialist employment and support service
for autistic adults and those with similar challenges. Specialisterne
Ireland are currently recruiting an ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
to work with neurodiverse candidates to prepare them for full-time
employment or student internship employment placements.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience of working with people who are neurodiverse together
with a relevant qualification in Psychology, Education, Disability,
Social Work, Human Resources or related field
* Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact
with neurodiverse people, their families and stakeholders
* Excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of current recruitment and employment practices would be
an advantage
* Experience with web content creation and social media would be an
advantage
* Full driving licence preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assessment of candidates? skillset & job goals
* Interview preparation and mock interviews
* Providing ongoing post placement support to candidates and their
employer
* Providing consulting services and training to prospective
employers
* Developing strong relationships with business partners, third
level organisations and stakeholders
* Conducting assessments and making referrals to other organisations
or professionals to ensure individuals are referred to the most
suitable service
This is a full-time position with the option of remote/hybrid working.
Remuneration will match the skills and experience of the successful
candidate
